Frances, Marjory and Carmen aren't just family. They're neighbors here at Cameron Grove.

Frances, the matriarch, is 101 years young. "My mom is quite a celebrity," said her daughter Marjory with a smile. "She's been featured in the Washington Post and Real Simple magazine."

Around Cameron Grove, Frances is known to be sweet, soft spoken, and a force to be reckoned with at the Scrabble table. Marjory's game is tennis. She picked it up at the age of 81 and continues to play whenever she gets the chance. Carmen is a bit of a celebrity herself. She was the very first homeowner in all of Cameron Grove and has a street named in her honor. "Stavrou Associates named some of the streets after founding homeowners," Carmen explained.
